Dr. Maxwell has been in the private practice of General Dentistry since 1970. He is a graduate with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry. His professional memberships include the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the Greater Houston Dental Society,the Academy of General Dentistry and Omicron Kappa Upsilon, national dental scholastic honorary.

Diagnosis is the key to preventive dentistry. So, our clinical procedures will include examination of your head and neck, facial and oral soft tissue, oral cancer screening, dental examination and periodontal evaluation. We also require a panoramic radiograph of all your teeth and jaws in addition to other diagnostic films.
Completion of these procedures will help us develop a treatment plan for you that you will understand, appreciate and can afford to complete.
We hope you will share our belief that early care is easier and less costly than treatment delayed. This is why we custom design and encourage regular preventive maintenance visits. These visits and their frequency will fit your particular dental health requirements.
Continuing care visits consist of oral cancer screenings, detection of decay and periodontal disease as well as preventive cleanings.

We also provide several methods of extended payment. You may inquire about these plans or pick up the information/application at our front desk.
You are responsible for your scheduled appointment and we require at least 24 hour notification from you when appointments must be changed. Failure to extend this courtesy to our office may result in a charge for the open appointment time.
We also accept any indemnity policies and PPO's who allow for out of network benefits. We do not participate in any managed care plans.
We want you to understand the type of insurance you have along with its benefits and limitations. If you are not sure what type of policy you have, please call the office. If we do not already know the answer to your questions, we will be happy to contact your carrier and discover that information for you.
